Shipping Refund - 30-minute reorder window

If your order will be unboxed during Live stream, Livestream customers are eligible for a shipping refund on subsequent orders placed within 30 minutes of their previous purchase. Please note that only the shipping fee for the subsequent order will be refunded; the shipping fee for the previous order is not eligible for a refund. Shipping refunds are not available for combined orders.

To Track Your Order
